1 container (7 oz.) of fresh spinach
1 (large) or 2 (small) cucumbers – cut vertically and horizontally into small pieces
6 baby carrots – cut horizontally into small pieces
Tbs. of Sunflower seeds
(2) Tbs. of your favorite dried berries – I used dried cranberry and blueberry.
Sprinkle of (whole) Chia seeds
Combine spinach, cucumbers, carrots, dried berries, and sunflower seeds in a big bowl. Mix. Sprinkle the Chai seeds on top. Top with your favorite dressing. I used strawberry vinaigrette.
